I'm just going to watch the kids; I'm not getting in the water. Do I have still to pay?

All guests entering Wet 'n' Wild must pay an admission fee. Regular admission prices apply. Current discount coupons or discounts tickets will also be accepted. Buy Tickets Now!  

What if my child wears a diaper?

All diapered guests MUST use swim diapers (disposable diapers or plastic pants)

What are the hours of operation?

Please see the Hours page for days and hours of operation.

Can I bring a cooler or my own food into the park?

Small coolers will be allowed that contain water and sports drinks only. Soda and juices are prohibited. Outside food, beverages, glass containers, and large coolers are also prohibited from entering the park. Check out our Dining page for a taste of what our park has to offer!  

Do you have lockers?

Yes, lockers are available for $11 per day for a small and $15 for the large. Locker rental stations accept cash and credit and are located to the right of the park entrance. Small lockers are 13in by 9in and the large are large enough to fit two bags. For more information about lockers, contact us at (760) 327-0499! Season Locker Passes are also available! Do you sell food in the park?

There are food venues to match all tastes. Options include hamburgers, hot dogs, fries, sub sandwiches, salads, and much more. A variety of beverage products are served at each food venue. Food carts and snack and beverage vending machines are also located throughout the park. Check out our Dining page to find out more! 

Do you have chairs or lounge chairs in the park?

Chairs and lounge chairs are provided free of charge throughout the park and are available on a first come first serve basis. For more information about chairs and lounging areas, contact us at (760) 327-0499! You may even consider renting a Private VIP Cabana! 

Are there shaded areas in the park?

Shaded areas are located throughout the park and are available on a first come basis. There is a partial indoor shade area with chairs and tables located to the left of the Pacific Spin Waterslide and is free of charge also on a first come basis. Other shaded areas with chairs are located throughout the park and are on a first come basis. You may also consider renting your own Private Cabana.

Are life jackets provided?

Life jackets are provided free of charge. Adult and child sizes are available in various locations in the park.

May I bring my own flotation device?

Due to safety concerns, personal floatation devices are restricted from entering the park.

How much is parking?

Regular Parking is $10 per day and Preferred Parking is $15 per day. For more information about parking, visit our Parking page! You can even Buy Parking Now! 

Are inner tubes available?

Inner tubes are available free of charge at the tube slides, wave pool, and lazy river. These inner tubes must be left at those locations when not in use.

What should I remember to bring?

For your protection and comfort, we advise bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, beach towels, and sandals. If you forget any of these items, you can purchase them in the gift shop.

Do you offer birthday packages for kids?

Yes we do! Please visit our Groups page for more details or contact us at (760) 327-0499 ext 113! We would love to help make your birthday a Wet 'n' Wild blast!  

Can I bring my own shade structure into the park?

Due to the intermittent strong gusts of wind at the park, only handheld umbrellas are permitted.

What if I have food allergies and/or dietary restrictions?


Allergies
As much as we would like to accommodate guests with food allergies, we are not the food manufacturers/suppliers (we get all food and beverage product from third parties), and as such, we regret to inform you that THE PARK CANNOT, AND DOES NOT, MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTIES WHATSOEVER REGARDING THE ALLERGY-FREE CONTENTS OF ANY FOODS OR BEVERAGES.  At a minimum, guests with allergy concerns should avoid any foods or beverages unless they are packaged, and you are 100% confident in the manufacturer/supplier which has provided the Park with such food or beverage.  Foods that are in any way unpackaged, prepared, or handled by the Park (as opposed to packaged goods, provided to you in a sealed package), have a higher risk of contamination with other products containing allergens, so in the interests of your safety, we strongly urge you to avoid all such unpackaged products provided by the Park.

Personal Food, Beverage and Coolers:  OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING INTO PARK UNLESS ABSOLUTELY MEDICALLY NECESSARY (e.g., for diabetics, baby formula for infants, gluten-free foods, or allergy-safe foods for allergies). Please make sure Guest Relations is aware of your need  prior to entering the park. Individual serving size only. For the safety of our guests, no glass containers are allowed and coolers will need to be checked for contents. We ONLY allow water, sports drinks, or other hydrating beverages. NO soda, juices, or sugary drinks.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

 

No Refunds- No Rainchecks - No Exchanges
Your ticket is an non-transferable revocable license. It is not for resale and is void if altered. Your ticket, if lost stolen or destroyed, will not be replaced nor will the purchase price be refunded.  Your ticket is only valid during normal operating hours and the park reserves the right to change operating days and hours without notice. Contact the park for a current operating schedule.  Admission to certain rides, shows, attractions, special events and concerts in the park may require an additional charge or be subject to pre-sold admission and may have limited capacity.  Tube and other rentals, merchandise, food, games and arcades require additional fees. Due to maintenance and other circumstances, certain rides and attractions (including new rides) may not be open to the public. The bearer of the ticket grants the park the right to film/videotape/photograph the bearer of the ticket on park property for any purpose without payment or consideration thereof. Violation of park rules or applicable local, state or federal law will result in expulsion without refund. The park rules, in part, provide that any inappropriate clothing or use of offensive words, phrases, gestures or graphics are prohibited. Conduct that is disorderly, disruptive, may endanger others, or is in poor taste is also prohibited.
